Victoria gets new ‘future-ready’ conveyancing diploma
Victorians keen on a career as property professionals now have the option to enrol in a new fully online advanced diploma of conveyancing.
A NEW “flexible, video-first” qualification aims to ready the next generation of conveyancers in Victoria for a rapidly changing industry, according to the course’s provider Lurnn.
Lurnn, previously known as West Coast Property Training, said in a statement that its recently launched Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing was a “far more engaging learning experience than traditional offerings” without “outdated PDFs or classroom recordings”.
Rather, the course, run entirely online, was available to Victorians around-the-clock with no start or end dates, no minimum enrolments, and no cancelled classes.
“Students can begin when they’re ready and progress entirely at their own pace,” the company said.
The course was designed in collaboration with industry players including PEXA, Smokeball, triConvey, and LodgeX, it said.
Lurnn director Jackie Crank said instead of fitting students into a system, “we’ve built a system that fits around the student”.
“We’ve focused on what actually prepares someone to perform in a real conveyancing environment—because that’s what matters,” Crank said, describing the course as a “flexible, video-first qualification for future-ready property professionals”.
