Settle Easy’s national focus pushes it up the rankings
Settle Easy, one of Australia’s fastest-growing online conveyancing providers, has cracked the industry’s top 10 on the back of a bumper year of growth.
FAST-GROWING online conveyancing company Settle Easy has been recognised as one of Australia’s top 10 conveyancing firms by PEXA, which manages most digital settlement exchanges for property nationally.
Melbourne-based Settle Easy said the firm across 2025 ranked in PEXA’s top 10 by transfer settlement volume and was in seventh place in the December quarter.
CEO Sam Almaliki said the result highlighted the company’s strong growth after being placed 58th a year ago, attributing the lift to a combination of factors.
“We maintain a collective focus on delivering a highly professional service with a strong customer centric culture,” he told Australian Conveyancer.
“We also work closely with our partners, aligning on shared values and vision to support our mutual customers.”
“Finally, the scaling of our business to become a truly national property law firm has been enabled by our exceptional people, trusted partners and platforms, which combines a high-touch experience with advanced technology,” added Almaliki.
The CEO said the company was focused on continuing to harness technology to support and streamline a human-centric approach to expert legal advice.
“By combining the right tools with intelligent automation, including increasing use of AI, we can deliver a smoother, faster, and more personalised settlement experience for our clients without losing the human touch.”
He pointed to the firm’s work in commercial conveyancing and its entry into the Northern Territory as drivers of further growth in 2026.
The region marked the “final frontier” for Settle Easy in becoming a national operator.
“With e-conveyancing now rolled out nationally, we are well positioned to offer Territorians a truly digital, end-to-end property settlement experience,” he said.
Settle Easy, which launched in March 2020 and now boasts a team of more than 100 conveyancers and lawyers, has managed to achieve high growth while maintaining high client satisfaction scores, according to the CEO.
He said Settle Easy continued to maintain a 4.9-star rating across reviews along with consistently strong settlement performance data.
“It is a testament to the amazing people and partners who fuel our success and service,” said Almaliki, the company’s high-profile co-founder.
“We are incredibly proud of our progress to date yet importantly are driven and determined by the opportunity to continue to deliver on our promise to make conveyancing easier for everyone,” he said.
Publisher’s note: The Australian Conveyancer requested a ranking list of conveyancing firms from PEXA for context. However, PEXA advised that it provides individual practitioners with an indication of where they rank on the PEXA Exchange in terms of transfer volumes. It says this ranking and data are specific to each practitioner, and PEXA does not disclose the rankings or the level of transfer volumes of other customers.
