Best of the best honoured in Perth
REIWA boss says 'behind every successful sale is the work involved in understanding a client’s circumstances and solving problems'.
REAL estate professionals in Western Australia “represent the very best in our industry and set the standard for others to aspire”.
This is the view of president Suzanne Brown following Real Estate Institute WA’s annual awards ceremony.
The WA real estate industry celebrated the state’s top talent, with 900 people attending the event at Crown Perth.
The awards honoured the individuals and agencies that excelled across residential and commercial sales and residential property management in the 2025-26 financial year.
“The numbers are an important measure of achievement but they only tell part of the story,” Brown said.
“Behind every successful sale and well-managed property portfolio is the work involved in understanding a client’s circumstances, solving problems, communicating clearly and delivering the best possible outcome for each one.
“As real estate is a relationship-driven industry, sustained success depends on building trust and consistently providing outstanding service.
“When you have strong long-term relationships, clients return to work with you again and also recommend you to family and friends.”
Brown said while the awards are based on sales and property management results, they reflect the discipline and commitment required to achieve this level of success.

Awards were conferred in at least 30 categories. Among those honoured were:
- Rookie Of The Year: Belinda Turner, Professionals Geraldton
- Top Assisted Salesperson by Listings Sold: Ronnie Abboud, Professionals TWT Realty
- Top Assisted Salesperson by Value Sold: Daniel Gonzalez, Realty Lane
