THE top conveyancing firm in NSW for 2025 is once again Sydney-based Dott & Crossitt.

They’ve been ranked No. 1 in the state for the fifth year in a row.

Dott & Crossitt is also No. 5 nationally and jumped to No.14 in Queensland in the last quarter.

As compiled by PEXA, the firm clocked up 7,271 transactions last year.

That’s almost one per cent of all property transactions in Australia. The total value was $8.2 billion.

Principal Solicitor and Founder Jared Zak is delighted with the results.

“The keys to our growth last year were maintaining our high standard of service and advice in NSW while seizing an opportunity in the Queensland to grow market share,” he said.

But there’s more to come: “This next year our focus is growing the Victorian business to where NSW and Queensland are.”

Founded in 2014, Dott & Crossitt has gone from handling just five transactions a month, to over 600.
