New CEO for PEXA
Seasoned technology executive Russell Cohen will head up the ELNO from next March.
PEXA has appointed Russell Cohen as the new chief executive.
The “seasoned technology executive” will also hold the role of Group Managing Director takes up the post at the end of March.
He is currently the Group Managing Director of Operations at multinational technology company Grab, where he oversees a team of 3,000 across seven countries.
Before that he was at SoftBank in Tokyo.

“At Grab, he achieved strong commercial transformation across multiple countries,”
“Our focus was on finding a candidate with clear strategic capabilities, a proven track record in commercial performance and innovation, regulatory and industry engagement, and a strong focus on people and customers.”
Commenting on his new role, Cohen said: “PEXA has tremendous opportunities to leverage its core strength as a platform and digital solutions business.
“My goal is to create sustainable value for shareholders, customers, employees, and other stakeholders through disciplined strategic execution and a clear focus on returns.
“I’m excited to return to my hometown of Melbourne and collaborate with the leadership teams in Australia and the UK.
“PEXA’s future is bright, and I look forward to building on the solid strategic foundations established under Glenn King’s leadership.”
Cohen will officially succeed King, who will step down on 28 February 2025.
