• Proven history in running files from start to finish (minimum two years required).
• PEXA experience (preferred but not essential).

• We are currently looking for a Full-Time Conveyancer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the conveyancing industry to join our team.

• Handling all aspects of residential and commercial property conveyancing and answering.
• Conducting thorough property searches and due diligence.

• Liaise with third parties including solicitors, conveyancers.

• Work from home available for senior conveyancer managing portfolio of conveyancing files.
